Expected Appeals
The Appellate Process differs from the underlying
Trial Process. The
appellate level primarily involves the filing of extensive appellate briefs
whereas in contrast at the trial level there may be many motions and hearings
throughout the course of a case.

Phase 1 lasts from the moment Brownstone, P.A. is retained, until the moment your Appellate Brief is filed. During Phase 1, there will be a lot of activity in your case, including contact with the Attorneys and the Paralegal. Therefore, during Phase 2, we respectfully request that you are patient with the system and that you trust we will contact you the moment we receive notice of an update in your case.
